Kamil likes to capture all the nutrients in his plot. Some weeds which go to seed, or have a persistent tap root, often get taken off the plot. He throws his in the water butt and fills with water; while they root, he uses the water as liquid feed and, after a few months, he tips it and mulches thinly using the muck. Note the water butts are open top as a tap would clog up and he doesn’t use the water/muck on plants he is about to pick.
