These photos, taken by Vic, show preparations for East Anglia Potato Day’s ‘set-up’ day on Friday 8 February – Barbara, Alan, Audrey, Ron, Vic and Carole can be spotted amongst the volunteers from the Norfolk Organic Group, Suffolk Organic Gardeners and the Ipswich Organic Gardeners Group.
Here, the team are seen putting together the cardboard boxes (!), setting out the potatoes and then collating the stock for the SE Essex Seed Potato Day
