There are several vacant plots on the Roche Way allotments and now is the time to advertise these before they become an overgrown mess. We need to keep our open and green spaces by working on these allotments, for the fruit and veg as well as the benefits and well-being of the community.
Rochford Road Allotments are a society-run allotment site located on Rochford Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex. They welcome interest from growers of all abilities and backgrounds, offering allotment plots at affordable rates. They’d love to hear from you if you’d be interested in joining their community! ⁣

Located just behind the Co-op on Rochford Road, their site also includes a trading hut (open to members of the public) and a small car-park for plot-holders.
