This painting of Hanningfield reservoir wood has been selected for the Royal Watercolour Society Open 2022 at the Bankside Gallery, near the Tate. The painting was made after a late afternoon walk on a cold December day, between Christmas and the New Year when Lily and I made our way round the woods. I was really pleased to get in as I love the Bankside Gallery. The exhibition is on from Friday 4th – Sunday 20th March, 11am-6pm if you want to pop in and see it, where it will be for sale.
