Summer’s almost gone…. the Swifts were back, but just a pit stop before flying further south. Aubergines and sweet peppers are still cropping and lots of the chillies are turning red. The ripe Prickly Pears are proving popular with the wasps. Newly planted olive trees and pomegranates have survived the heat and it’s very nice over on the plot first thing in the morning ??
