Both Simon and Carole have scoured their PCs, looking for this (possibly) earlier item, but can’t find it unfortunately!
The book of the same name (The Rhubarb Triangle) by Martin Parr, and based on his photos at the Hepworth Wakefield, is worth looking out for. Simon went to the exhibition and enjoyed their Rhubarb IPA brewed for the display.
He’s kindly sent us a recipe for Rhubarb Betty, along with some photos from Oldroyds of Wakefield who offer a talk and candle-lit Rhubarb Shed Tours in February each year – and are well worth a visit ?
